From I 10 Traveling West   At Seguin-Take Hwy. 46 to New Braunfels. 
Hwy. 46 becomes Loop 337 at the I35 traffic light.  Continue over the Guadalupe River until you see the SH46 New Braunfels - Boerne exit sign and exit there.  At the light turn right, and you will be back on Hwy 46.  Go approximately 3 miles, and there will be a sign saying "Canyon Lake".  At the flashing light turn right.  This is FM 2722.  Go approximately 7 miles.  The road splits; take right split to FM 2673 and turn right.  Go for approximately 1/2 mile; there will be a tall bill board on the left side of the road.  Turn left at the street just past the bill board, this is Island View. Stay to right when road splits. You will be on Colleen. Biscuit Hill is the 2^nd house on the left.

From I 10 Traveling East  Exit to Boerne on to Hwy 46. After you leave Boerne it is approximately 25 miles to Hwy 281. You will go under 281 and continue East on 46 to the traffic light at 3159. Turn Left at this light until you reach the light at 2673. Turn Right at that light and go 2.5 miles. Turn Left on to Island View. Stay to right when Island View splits. You will be on Colleen. Biscuit Hill is the 2^nd house on the left.

From I 35 Traveling South  
In New Braunfels, exit Hwy. 46/Loop 337.  At the light turn right , Continue over the Guadalupe River until you see the SH46 New Braunfels - Boerne exit sign and exit there.  At the light turn right, and you will be back on Hwy 46.  Go approximately 3 miles, and there will be a sign saying "Canyon Lake".  At the flashing light turn right.  This is FM 2722.  Go approximately 7 miles.  The road splits; take right split to FM 2673 and turn right.  Go for approximately 1/2 mile; there will be a tall bill board on the left side of the road.  Turn left at the street just past the bill board, this is Island View. From I 35 Traveling North   Take exit #184 off I 35. At the stop sign turn Left. This is Loop 337.  Go 3 miles to SH 46 exit.  At light turn Left and go approximately 3 miles. There will be a sign saying "Canyon Lake" and a flashing light. Turn right.  This is FM 2722.  Go approximately 7 miles.  The road will split; take right split to FM 2673 and turn right.  Go for approximately 1/2 mile; there will be a tall bill board on the left side of the road.  Turn left at the street just past the bill board, this is Island View. Stay to right when road splits. You will be on Colleen. Biscuit Hill is the 2^nd house on the left.

From Hwy 281 Traveling North   Take the New Braunfels Hwy. 46 exit East. Go 4 miles to FM 3159, turn left. Go 6 miles to Startzville, turn right on to 2673. Go 2.5 miles to Island View, (there is a tall bill board just before the street) Turn left. Stay to right when Island View splits. You will be on Colleen. Biscuit Hill is the 2^nd house on the left.
