General Location:
Our rentals are located between Austin & San Antonio; 15 breathtaking scenic miles West of the German heritage towns of New Braunfels & Gruene in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. This hillside stone home offers beautiful lake views, and just 5 miles from the cool waters of the Guadalupe River.  We are strategically located to all the Hill Country attractions and historic areas; and is 35 miles from San Antonio's airport. We strive to be one of the highlights on your visit to this area.

Biscuit Hill's Luxury Home offers 7 guest rooms all with private baths and porch seating from each bedroom. This home sleeps 14-18 guests. See the "Luxury Home" tab at the top of this page for more details.

 General Cancellation Policy:
Cancel MORE than 45 DAYS prior to arrival - $25 p/ bedroom Administrative Fee Charged
Cancel LESS than 45 DAYS prior to arrival -Lose one night plus the deposit
Cancel Less than 15 DAYS prior to arrival - Lose the entire booking charge
(a signed contract is required stating that you agree to this cancellation policy)
Damage deposit of $800 is due with in 5 days of making the reservation & 1st night is run on your credit card at the time of reservation.
